As a former booth rent salon owner of 8 years, and current commission salon owner, and stylist behind the chair since 2006, I understand the struggles of running a salon, as I have made many mistakes along the way and if sharing those with you helps you avoid making them, then hey, this was all worth it. I have learned the importance of leadership, mindset, culture, boundaries, and skillset to become profitable. And when you lack the confidence in those areas, it can be super frustrating and scary.
