We ask that all guests make themselves aware of ALL of the following salon policies.

OUR POLICIES

CREDIT CARD REQUIRED TO SCHEDULE

A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment. We require 24 hour notice to CANCEL an appointment. In the case that 24 hour notice is not given for a cancellation/rescheduling, Urban Hair Co. reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file.

NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS, CHILDREN OR PETS MAY ACCOMPANY YOU

For the safety, relaxation, and enjoyment of everyone, we kindly ask that you come to your appointment solo and without children, pets, or extra guests. Bringing any additional visitors will require us to reschedule your appointment, and same-day cancellations incur the same-day cancellation fee.

CELL PHONES & DEVICES

We ask all guests of UHC to please keep your cell phones on silent or to bring headphones. We want to ensure all guests while at their appointments have a relaxing, undisturbed experience.

CANCELATIONS

Your appointments are very important to the UHC team members.Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require 24- hour notice for cancellations or changes to the scheduled service. If you cancel your appointment within 24-hours, you will be charged for 50% the cost of the service for which you were scheduled. SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE. *If you are more than 15 minutes late without notification, you may be asked to reschedule and considered as a no-show and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

NO CALL / NO SHOW

If you do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment, you will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled. No refunds will be given and no exceptions made.

CONFIRMATION TEXTS

As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text that you will need to confirm. However, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and the cancellation fee.

NO REFUNDS

We strive to make all of our client's hair dreams come true. However, in the event of something needing adjusting please contact us as soon as possible, as we do not offer refunds of any kind, no exceptions. However, we would love the opportunity to make any needed adjustments.You have one week (7days) to let us know if anything needs adjusting & we will work you into the schedule at the earliest convenience. We are more than happy to help!If you go to another salon for adjustments, then any work done by an employee of Urban Hair Co. is voided and no adjustments will be made.

ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STYLIST OR URBAN HAIR CO.​THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT AND UNDERSTANDING OF OUR SALON POLICIES!
