Chandra is the Founder & Owner of Urban Hair Co. She has over 17 years of experience behind the chair, Specializing in precision cuts, blonding, color corrections, and extensions. When she's not behind the chair you can find her in the salon coaching, educating, and leading the team here at UHC. She also loves sharing her love and passion for the beauty industry with others by coaching others in building their careers and hitting their dream goals, both personal and professional. Outside of her profession, she enjoys spending time with her and 3 boys, family and friends. She loves concerts and traveling. In her down time, she loves reading books on personal growth and business, and furthering her education within the industry.

With over two years at Urban Hair Co., Emily has quickly established herself as a talented stylist. A graduate of Paul Mitchell Lexington, she began her journey under the mentorship of Chandra and has since earned her role as a mentor herself. Emily's enthusiasm for color and extensions shines through in every transformation she creates, and she relishes the opportunity to work with foils. One of her favorite aspects of any service is chatting about pets with clients. When she’s not at work, Emily enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her beloved dogs. A true animal lover with a passion for art and music, she continually seeks to stay ahead of trends and grow in her craft.

With three years of dedicated service at Urban Hair Co., Morgan has seamlessly transitioned from managing the front desk to becoming a talented associate stylist. A graduate of Summerset Community College’s prestigious cosmetology program, Morgan’s passion for the beauty industry shines through in every appointment. Under the mentorship of Rachel & Emily, Morgan is committed to mastering her craft and enhancing clients’ confidence through expert haircare. Outside the salon, you might find her enjoying life on horseback or traveling to the beach.
