Morgan has been a part of the Urban Hair Co. team since 2021, originally beginning her journey on the front desk before pursuing her passion for hairstyling and the beauty industry. Her background in guest care helps her create a welcoming and relaxed environment for everyone who sits in her chair.

Known for her laid-back and friendly personality, Morgan strives to provide a luxury experience while helping guests achieve hair that feels both beautiful and easy to maintain.

​Brittney is a San Diego–born hairstylist with over 15 years of experience behind the chair. Now serving guests at Urban Hair Co. in Richmond, Kentucky, she brings both technical skill and a warm, welcoming approach to every appointment.

She specializes in lived-in blonding, precision haircuts, and multiple methods of hair extensions, including tape-ins, K-tips, I-tips, and wefts.

Known for her ability to truly listen, Brittney takes the time to understand each guest’s vision and create a look that feels natural, flattering, and easy to maintain.

Her goal is simple: to create a comfortable experience where every guest leaves feeling confident and genuinely seen.

Outside of the salon, Brittney enjoys true crime and all kinds of music—two things that often spark great conversations in her chair.​

Cassie is a Level One Stylist at Urban Hair Co. who recently completed the UHC Associate Program under the mentorship of Emily. She loves creating personalized color that reflects each guest’s individual style and lifestyle.

Cassie especially enjoys dimensional color and lived-in looks that grow out beautifully, and she’s excited to continue expanding her work with vivid colors and creative transformations.

Known for her warm and welcoming personality, Cassie loves collaborating with her guests to bring their hair goals to life while making sure they leave the salon feeling confident and refreshed.

When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll most likely find Cassie spending time with her family and boyfriend or attending as many concerts as she can. She loves connecting with people and creating an experience where everyone feels comfortable in her chair.

Emily has been a part of the Urban Hair Co. tribe since 2022 and has quickly established herself as a talented and passionate stylist. A graduate of Paul Mitchell Lexington, she began her journey under the mentorship of Chandra and has since grown into a mentor herself.

Emily specializes in color transformations and hair extensions, with a particular love for vivid hair color and creative expression behind the chair. She enjoys helping guests achieve bold, beautiful results while ensuring their hair remains healthy and strong.

One of Emily’s favorite parts of any appointment is connecting with her clients—especially when the conversation turns to pets. Outside of the salon, she enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her beloved dogs. A true animal lover with a passion for reading and traveling on cruises, Emily is always looking for ways to stay inspired and continue growing in her craft.

Chandra is the Founder and Owner of Urban Hair Co. with over 19 years of experience behind the chair. She specializes in precision haircuts, blonding, color corrections, and hair extensions.

When she’s not working with guests, Chandra can be found in the salon coaching, educating, and leading the team at UHC. She is deeply passionate about helping others grow within the beauty industry and loves mentoring stylists as they build successful careers and work toward their personal and professional goals.

Through Urban Hair Co., Chandra’s vision is to create a salon culture centered on education, growth, and exceptional guest experiences.

Outside of the salon, Chandra enjoys spending time with her three boys, family, and friends. She loves attending concerts, traveling, and reading books on personal growth and business. She is always seeking opportunities to continue learning and further her education within the beauty industry.

Charlotte is part of the Guest Experience team at Urban Hair Co. and brings over two years of front desk experience in the beauty industry. She loves being the first point of contact for guests—helping with scheduling, answering questions, and ensuring each visit runs smoothly from the moment clients walk through the door.

Charlotte is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment where every guest feels comfortable, cared for, and valued.

Outside of the salon, Charlotte is completing her graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Eastern Kentucky University. In her free time, she enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with friends and family.
