Morgan has been a part of the Urban Hair Co. team since 2021, originally beginning her journey on the front desk before pursuing her passion for hairstyling and the beauty industry. ​Brittney is a San Diego–born hairstylist with over 15 years of experience behind the chair. Now serving guests at Urban Hair Co. in Richmond, Kentucky, she brings both technical skill and a warm, welcoming approach to every appointment.

She specializes in lived-in blonding, precision haircuts, and multiple methods of hair extensions, including tape-ins, K-tips, I-tips, and wefts.

Known for her ability to truly listen, Brittney takes the time to understand each guest’s vision and create a look that feels natural, flattering, and easy to maintain.

Her goal is simple: to create a comfortable experience where every guest leaves feeling confident and genuinely seen.

Cassie is a Level 2 Artist at Urban Hair Co. who began her journey through the UHC Associate Program under the mentorship of Emily. Through her dedication to continuous education, guest experience, and technical growth, she has quickly built a reputation for creating beautiful, personalized hair that fits each guest’s lifestyle and goals.

Cassie specializes in dimensional color, lived-in blonding, and customized color services designed to grow out seamlessly and keep hair looking its best between appointments. She also enjoys creative color and is excited to continue expanding her expertise in vivid transformations and advanced color techniques.

Known for her warm personality and genuine care for her guests, Cassie believes every appointment should feel relaxed, collaborative, and personalized. She loves helping guests feel confident, refreshed, and empowered while creating a plan to help them achieve their long-term hair goals.

When she's not behind the chair, you'll most likely find Cassie spending time with her family and boyfriend, attending concerts, or making memories with the people she loves most. Emily has been a part of the Urban Hair Co. tribe since 2022 and has quickly established herself as a talented and passionate stylist. A graduate of Paul Mitchell Lexington, she began her journey under the mentorship of Chandra and has since grown into a mentor herself.

Emily specializes in color transformations and hair extensions, with a particular love for vivid hair color and creative expression behind the chair. She enjoys helping guests achieve bold, beautiful results while ensuring their hair remains healthy and strong.

One of Emily’s favorite parts of any appointment is connecting with her clients—especially when the conversation turns to pets. Outside of the salon, she enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her beloved dogs. A true animal lover with a passion for reading and traveling on cruises, Emily is always looking for ways to stay inspired and continue growing in her craft.

Chandra is the Founder and Owner of Urban Hair Co. with over 19 years of experience behind the chair. She specializes in precision haircuts, blonding, color corrections, and hair extensions.

When she’s not working with guests, Chandra can be found in the salon coaching, educating, and leading the team at UHC. She is deeply passionate about helping others grow within the beauty industry and loves mentoring stylists as they build successful careers and work toward their personal and professional goals.

Through Urban Hair Co., Chandra’s vision is to create a salon culture centered on education, growth, and exceptional guest experiences.

Outside of the salon, Chandra enjoys spending time with her three boys, family, and friends. She loves attending concerts, traveling, and reading books on personal growth and business. She is always seeking opportunities to continue learning and further her education within the beauty industry.

Isabel is an Associate Stylist at Urban Hair Co., where she is completing the UHC Associate Program under the mentorship of Emily. She joined Urban Hair Co. to continue building her confidence, refine her technical skills, and receive hands-on education as she begins her career behind the chair.

From a young age, Isabel loved styling her own hair as well as her friends' and family's, and that passion naturally grew into a career in cosmetology. She believes every appointment is an opportunity to build genuine relationships while helping guests feel beautiful, radiant, and completely themselves.

Isabel enjoys creating rich, all-over color and is excited to continue expanding her skills in dimensional color and vivid transformations. As she continues her education, she is focused on deepening her product knowledge so she can confidently recommend personalized solutions for every guest's unique hair goals.

Known for her warm personality and positive attitude, Isabel strives to create an experience where every guest feels comfortable, has fun, and can truly relax during their appointment. Her favorite part of being a stylist is seeing a guest's excitement when they fall in love with their hair.

When she's not in the salon, Isabel enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and their dog, Dolly, visiting family and friends, crocheting, and going to country concerts. Fun fact: she's the only girl among seven siblings!

Charlotte is part of the Guest Experience team at Urban Hair Co. and brings over two years of front desk experience in the beauty industry. She loves being the first point of contact for guests—helping with scheduling, answering questions, and ensuring each visit runs smoothly from the moment clients walk through the door.

Charlotte is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment where every guest feels comfortable, cared for, and valued.

Outside of the salon, Charlotte is completing her graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Eastern Kentucky University. In her free time, she enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with friends and family.
