ASSOCIATE PROGRAM
Our Associate Program is designed for newly licensed stylists who are ready to build confidence, consistency, and real-world salon experience through intentional mentorship and education.
This structured 6+ month program pairs you closely with a mentor stylist while receiving ongoing coaching from the owner. You’ll work hands-on with guests, share clients, and develop strong foundations in technical skill, consultation, time management, and salon flow — all within a supportive, team-driven environment.
As you grow, associates earn opportunity days — dedicated time to take their own guests behind the chair while still supported by mentorship and guidance. These days allow you to build confidence, experience ownership, and begin generating your own income as you prepare for full independence.
Upon completion of the program, you’ll transition into your own fully equipped station, prepared to deliver elevated, client-centered services with confidence and professionalism.

While many of our stylists grow through our Associate Program, we also welcome experienced professionals who are seeking alignment, growth, and a supportive salon environment rooted in education and integrity.

At Urban Hair Co., our front desk team plays a vital role in creating an exceptional guest experience. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in organization, communication, and being the welcoming face of a luxury, education-driven salon.
Our Front Desk Coordinators support daily salon flow by managing scheduling, guest communication, rebooking, and assisting our service providers so they can stay focused on what they do best.
This role is more than answering phones — it’s about creating calm, consistency, and connection for both our guests and our team.
